Returns
We do not accept returns of any products once an order has been delivered.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for products that have been delivered successfully.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the issue.
Upon verification, Bonded USA may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

- Opened products
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
- Clearance items
